The reservation being then firm and definitive, the Andernos-les-Bains tourist office will not be able to proceed with no cancellation, nor any refund for the benefit of the Customer. The terms of cancellation and refund will then be governed by the general conditions of sale of the Service provider or, failing that, by the legal rules applicable to their contractual relationship
